Nitrosend is pay per send, never per contact — every plan includes unlimited contacts. MCP, REST API, CLI, AI copywriting, campaigns, flows, transactional, templates, and analytics are available on every plan, including Free. The Free plan includes 8,000 free emails up front, then 500 free emails every month. No credit card required.

Every brand can prepare one reserved Nitrosend brand-subdomain sender. It does not consume the customer-domain allowance. Brand-subdomain senders have a separate 1,000-recipient rolling 24-hour infrastructure ceiling, and every sender also follows its own volume-based capacity and delivery pacing. The binding limit is always the lowest applicable commercial, sender, provider, or pacing control. Included email volume never guarantees immediate dispatch speed.
Email validation has no included allowance on any plan. It is an explicit prepaid operation and is never started automatically during import, scheduling, or sending.
- Pro and above add BYO sending/AI keys, frontier AI models, removable branding, and priority support.
- Ultra and Enterprise add dedicated IPs as a paid add-on and more brands, seats, and domains. New identities build capacity from clean delivered volume.
- Enterprise adds SSO / SAML, a 99.9% SLA, a dedicated account manager, and tiered volume pricing for higher-volume senders.
