Sync HubSpot CRM contacts and lists into Nitrosend
Connect HubSpot to keep CRM contacts and lists synchronized with Nitrosend.
What syncs
The HubSpot connector imports:
- HubSpot contacts as Nitrosend contacts
- HubSpot lists as Nitrosend list membership
- HubSpot source metadata on the contact
HubSpot deals, companies, tickets, and marketing assets are not imported.
Consent handling
Nitrosend imports HubSpot contacts conservatively: the email channel is unsubscribed by default. Keep the CRM record without widening your sendable audience — opt contacts in through your own consent flow before sending marketing email.
Connect HubSpot
- Go to Integrations in Nitrosend.
- Choose HubSpot.
- Click Connect and complete the HubSpot OAuth flow.
- Return to Nitrosend and run Sync contacts.
The sync runs in the background — the sync progress tray keeps you updated anywhere in the dashboard, or return to the integration detail page for details. Run Sync contacts again any time to refresh.
After import
- Review imported lists in Contacts > Lists.
- Use segments to build audiences from HubSpot lists and contact fields.
- Send only to contacts who are subscribed in Nitrosend.
Warning
HubSpot sync imports contacts and lists. It does not send campaigns, activate automations, or write data back to HubSpot.
