Outreach

Find leads, verify their email addresses, and activate them into sequenced sending
Info

Outreach is coming soon. Register your interest from the Outreach page in your dashboard and we'll let you know the moment it opens.

Outreach finds new leads, verifies that their email addresses are real, and activates them into automated sequences. It is the outbound counterpart to your contact base: contacts are people who know you; leads are people you want to reach.

How it works

  1. Search — describe who you want to reach (role, industry, company size, location). Nitrosend runs the search and returns matching leads with a fit rating.
  2. Review — each lead carries a fit level (high, medium, low) and a deliverability verdict. Reveal a lead to get their verified email address.
  3. Activate — put revealed leads into a sequence. Activation triggers a flow, so sequences use the same flow engine, templates, and approval gates as everything else you send.
  4. Monitor — replies land in your agent inbox, and sequence states update live.

Verification before sending

A lead is only worth contacting if the address is real. Every revealed address is verified before it can enter a sequence, and the deliverability verdict is shown on the lead. Unverified addresses are held back rather than burned against your sending reputation.

Replies always stop a sequence

The moment a lead replies, their sequence stops. No exceptions, no "one more touch." The reply lands in your inbox queue where your agent or your team picks up the conversation as a human exchange.

Sequence states

Each lead in a sequence carries one state:

StateMeaning
ReadyRevealed and eligible for activation
HeldWaiting on verification or a safety check
In sequenceActively receiving the sequence
CompletedFinished the sequence without a reply
StoppedSequence ended early, usually by a reply
ConvertedReplied or took the goal action
Failed / SkippedCould not be contacted, with the reason recorded

Outreach vs Campaigns

  • Campaigns send to your existing audience: contacts who opted in.
  • Outreach contacts people who have never heard from you. Volume is deliberately paced, addresses are verified first, and replies immediately convert the exchange into a conversation.
