Running Outreach
Outreach is coming soon; register your interest from the Outreach page in your dashboard. This guide walks one outreach cycle end to end. For the model behind it, see Outreach.
Run a search
Open Outreach and start a search. Describe the people you want to reach: role, industry, company size, location. The search returns leads with a fit rating and company context. Searches are saved, so you can refine and re-run them as your targeting sharpens.
Review and reveal leads
The search detail view lists every lead with fit (high, medium, low), verification status, and sequence state. Filter by any of these to work the list down.
Reveal a lead to get their verified email address. Revealing is deliberate rather than automatic: you spend reveals on the leads worth contacting, and every revealed address is verified before it can enter a sequence.
Activate a sequence
Select the leads you want to contact and activate them into a sequence. Sequences run on flows, so the emails, timing, and approval gates are the same ones you already use: design the touches once, and every activated lead moves through them on schedule.
Leads that fail verification are held rather than sent, and the hold reason is shown on the lead.
Handle replies
When a lead replies, two things happen immediately:
- Their sequence stops. No further touches are sent.
- The reply lands in your agent inbox queue, where your agent or your team continues the exchange as a normal conversation.
Watch the sequence states on the search detail view to see where every lead stands: ready, held, in sequence, completed, stopped, or converted.
Keep it deliverable
Outreach volume is paced deliberately. Verified addresses only, measured sending, and an immediate stop on reply keep your sending reputation intact while you scale the program.
